What if I have a question after purchase?

I took my time in designing these guides to make them as easy to follow and understand as possible. The workouts are built for various fitness levels with options for advancement based on your own progress. I do offer one-on-one help with my individualized guides.

So these guides are not personalized just for me?

These guides are built for everyone, so they are not tailored to you specifically. However, if you would like an individualized guide created just for you that is based on your goals, offers adjustments and includes one-on-one support, click here.

Ok, So how long does the guide last?

Good news, there is no expiration date! These guides are completely repeatable and my recommended times of completion are just a mere suggestion. Each workout is meant to be repeated weekly and the options for advancement are entirely based on how YOU feel. 

Sweet! Are my results guaranteed?

As much as I would love to say, "Yes! 100%", I can only do so much to give you the tools you need to succeed. By keeping up with the workouts week after week, eating well to fuel your new body, and staying consistent you will see results. That part is up to you!
